Chelong Julian Wang is the IT Enterprise Architect for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the revenue service of the United States Department of Treasury. Previously the president of the greater Washington DC Fu-Jen Catholic University Alumni Association, Julian has a deep passion for writing. A permanent member of the Washington Chinese Writer’s Club, Julian is also a freelance journalist for many notable US and Taiwanese based newspapers, a blogger for 九里安西王in 聯合報UDN and American Literature City, and the author of Passing Minus Forty Degrees (走過零下四十度).
Julian received his B.S. of Biology in 1982 and M.S. of Microbiology in 1989 from Fu Jen University and received his M.S. of Computer Science in 1996 from Johns Hopkins University.
